We have just recently had one of the most amazing experiences shopping at Cook Culture Parksville. We were met by Jed who is nothing less than a true ambassador when it comes to knowledge and customer service. His demeanor and rapport set an example for others to emulate. We made purchases do to his suggestions that have ultimately exceeded all our expectations. Our whole time and memories here are so refreshing particularly in today's environment when such unparalleled service is rare. Got a ginger, apple, cucumber (and some) fresh juice for $10 and it was amazing. From the outside, the establishment looks like a cooking hardware store, but they are so much more. They hold cooking classes on one side, and now an organic juice bar in the front. Im going to try some other combinations that I normally wouldn’t have at home. Great spot! Great location!

Picked up a few gifts for my wife here. Nice staff, locally owned and operated. Was fortunate to meet the owners and it’s worth mentioning how they are supporting other local businesses so if your local or just visiting support this awesome business. Nice to see quality products being sold here in Parksville. A business like this is definitely a solid investment to the community.

Went for a cooking class with colleagues. Had a great time. Your allowed to bring your own wine from home to drink while eating. Cooking classes are very dynamic and engaging. Chef was great at answering questions. Best part was the bread from scratch.

Amazing store and fantastic cooking classes. I went to Cook Culture for their pasta making workshop which was so fun, informative and action packed. The store itself is filled with "things you didn't know you needed" and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant.

Staff is very helpful. Cookware products are generally better quality. One would need to justify or budget for spending on some of the higher end products. I recently purchased the Fields cast iron pan. Turns out to be well worth the price. Everything about the pan is fantastic, functionally and esthetically. The price from $USD to $CDN is about right. The leather handle protective cover works like a charm, recommend buying this. First photo is after two uses. Second photo is after five days of usage and seasoning. Already water repelling and nonstick. This is now my daily plan in my hierarchy of good pans.
